森に囲まれた自然豊かな場所にアトリエがあり、日々の暮らしの中で見つけた生き物たちの世界を私が想像する物語にし て、立体や絵画で表現しました。 小さな生き物たちがのびのびと暮らしている自由な世界を一緒に楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
立体表現では自身の持つ生命のイメージを具現化するための素材として石粉粘土を使用しています。
ベースとなる形をウ レタンフォームで形成し、薄く伸ばした粘土で細部を作り込んだのち、アクリル絵具にメディウムを混ぜ、透明感を意識しながら何層も重ね着彩しています。そうすることで深みが生まれ、作品に独自のリアリティーや生命感を宿すことができると考えています。
My studio is located in a nature-rich area surrounded by forests. In my daily life, I observe various small creatures and imagine stories about their world, which I then express through sculptures and paintings.
I would be delighted if you could enjoy the free and lively world where these tiny beings thrive.
For my sculptural works, I use stone powder clay as a material to embody my vision of life. The base shape is formed with urethane foam, and I carefully craft the details using thin layers of clay. I then apply multiple layers of acrylic paint mixed with a medium, paying close attention to transparency. This layering technique adds depth, giving my works a unique sense of reality and vitality.
